UVU is currently seeking support for the following important programs.

Scholarships
UVU is committed to meeting the higher education needs of the region and to providing all students with an outstanding educational experience. For many students financial assistance is critical to their ability to pursue a degree, but the University is only able to offer support to about two thirds of the students who request and need it.

New Performing Arts Center
Just imagine an arts facility at UVU with space for art exhibits, a concert hall, a theater, and instructional studios designed to enable students in the School of the Arts to excel. We invite you to join our campaign to make this dream a reality.

Center for Constitutional Studies
The Center for Constitutional Studies is a nonpartisan, academic institute that promotes the instruction, study, and research of constitutionalism. In particular, it examines important constitutional issues found at the intersections of political thought, public policy, religion, law, history, and economics. Two generous gifts established the initial creation of the center and we hope that you will join us in supporting its continued growth.

Professorships
Professorships help Utah Valley University attract and retain top faculty members. Endowed professorships provide funds for compensation, research, and scholarship. Donors can establish a named professorship at UVU with a gift of $250,000 or more. Professorships at UVU:

Miles & Mary Morris Professorship in Business
Miles and Mary Morris embrace UVU’s mission to welcome, encourage, and support every individual learner and to improve academic excellence. They established the Miles & Mary Morris Professorship in Business to enhance the quality of teaching and learning in the Woodbury School of Business.

J. Bonner Ritchie Professorship
Acclaimed professor J. Bonner Ritchie recently retired as scholar in residence at Utah Valley University after helping establish the Woodbury School of Business. In Ritchie’s honor, a group of former students, led by retired Weber State University President Paul Thompson, is raising funds for the J. Bonner Ritchie Professorship for the Woodbury School of Business, which will help the school attract and retain outstanding professors.
